3. User Content & Ownership

You retain 100% full intellectual property ownership of all resumes, text, work experience descriptions, and files you create or upload to LintIt. LintIt does not claim any ownership over your personal career documents.

You are responsible for ensuring that the career information and materials you provide are accurate and do not infringe on third-party intellectual property or confidentiality agreements.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the service for fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform's API endpoints or AI models.
• Interfere with server infrastructure or attempt unauthorized access to other user accounts.

5. AI Recommendations Disclaimer

Our AI recommendations, ATS compatibility scores, and cover letter generators are designed as assistive tools to optimize your applications. While we strive for high accuracy according to industry standards, LintIt does not guarantee employment offers, interviews, or hiring decisions from third-party employers.

6. Limitation of Liability

LintIt is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LintIt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
